In June, a car bombing in Karrada, a district in Baghdad, was the deadliest in Iraq this year. Police reported 15 children and six policemen to be dead. At least 12 other people were missing, feared dead. Over the last year, Iraq has suffered at least seven, deadly ISIS attacks.
